Rectification Events

Appropriate events need to be used to achieve a quality natal rectification. Use the following guidelines:

  • Knowing the event date with an uncertainty of less then a month (i.e. ± two weeks) is best.
  • If you are uncertain of the appropriateness of an event, leave it out.
  • Events should usually be separated by at least six months though certain major events may still be considered. Having most events separated by two years or more is better.
  • Only 4 to 8 events are usually needed for an individual. One important condition is that if fewer events are used then the valid range of times to scan is less. For example, with  4 or 5 events it is best not to scan more than an hour and a half, i.e. a range of ± 45 minutes.

Appropriate and Inappropriate Events

  • Children, Appropriate and Inappropriate

The dates of birth of children are  appropriate only about half of the time. The date of the first born, and this includes abortions, miscarriages as well as healthy births, is usually appropriate for the mother. The birth date is usually appropriate for both parents for families with only one child. What really matters with the birth of the child in question, is did the lives of the parent in question change in a major way? The charts with Queen Elizabeth II, President Kennedy and Princess Diana are examples of where some of the births of their children are quite striking.
