Rectification Events
Appropriate events need to be used to achieve a quality natal rectification.
Use the following guidelines:
- Knowing the event date with an uncertainty of less then a month (i.e. ±
two weeks) is best.
- If you are uncertain of the appropriateness of an event, leave it out.
- Events should usually be separated by at least six months though certain
major events may still be considered. Having most
events separated by two years or more is better.
- Only 4 to 8 events are usually needed for an individual. One important
condition is that if fewer events are used then the valid range of times to
scan is less. For example, with 4 or 5 events it is best not to scan
more than an hour and a half, i.e. a range of ± 45 minutes.
Appropriate and Inappropriate Events
The dates of birth of children are
appropriate only about half of the time. The date of the first born, and this
includes abortions, miscarriages as well as healthy births, is usually
appropriate for the mother. The birth date is usually appropriate for both
parents for families with only one child. What really matters with the birth
of the child in question, is did the lives of the parent in question change in
a major way? The charts with Queen Elizabeth
II, President Kennedy and
Princess Diana are
examples of where some of the births of their children are quite striking.
The natural death of a parent who took part in raising the child and with
whom the child was close
The death of a parent, friend, relative, etc. where the death did not
effect the course of the person's life in a major way, even if they were very
upset at the time
A major operation, not having been one for many years
A serious accident that might have been prevented if the person had been
more careful, thoughtful, etc.
For a mostly healthy person, an illness where the person was close to death
Repeated major illnesses, operations, etc. other than the first one
Minor illnesses

different home

About 90% of most dates of marriage
A change in a person's finances drastically alters the course or status of
their life
Any modest change in finances
The date a person looses their virginity
Most sexual activity other than loosing ones virginity
Having had one job for many years and living in one town, a person makes a
major change in jobs, moves to another town and acquires new friends
Having been a housewife for many years with no commercial work activity, a
person goes into a fulltime commercial job that lasts for many years
